Great timely service A+++++ was about to go into limp mode far out in the boonies. Called the shop and set up an appointment. Let me have a car to get to work. Was finished before I expected! Very professional! Thanks again!

Just like the Saturn, the crew at Jacobson repair is on the grand am. Gonna get it ship shape and running safe! Already got the oil change. Plus I had a coupon. Jesse thinks up great deals!

Very friendly staff and great quality of work. Timeline had to be extended a couple times which happens, but was a bit disappointed with the level of communication when those unexpected things came up. Overall good experience and grateful for their help on short notice

They did great work replacing my radiator and patching a tire. Although it took longer to do the radiator work, they did supply me with a loaner car so I could fulfill my obligations. Would recommend them to others.

Their diagnostic process is awesome. With pictures and clear descriptions of the findings. Good service and reasonable pricing.
